How long does a phone repair take at Mr. SiM?
It depends on the fault, the model, and part availability. For supported models, some repairs — such as battery or screen replacement — can be done in as little as 60 minutes; the exact time is confirmed after a free diagnostic.
Do you use original parts?
We offer both original and replacement parts. During diagnostics we'll confirm which type of part suits your repair and the warranty period, before we begin.
Is there a warranty after the repair?
Yes, we provide a warranty on every repair, from 1 to 6 months depending on the type of repair and the part used. The exact warranty period is confirmed when we receive your device.
Do you offer pickup from an address?
Yes, we offer pickup and delivery within Sofia. Contact us to confirm the details and coverage for your address.
What should I do if my phone fell in water?
Turn the device off immediately, don't charge it and don't try to switch it on. Bring it in for diagnostics as soon as possible — the sooner you do, the better the chances of a successful repair.
Do you repair phones in Studentski grad?
Yes, the shop is located in Studentski grad, Sofia, at 11 Yordan Yosifov Str., and serves the whole area as well as all of Sofia through our pickup service.
